right foot, upper arch ....???

this just started awhile ago.....slapped a magnet on it to see if that helps...

not sure what/where as the brain is too foggy and can't sleep AGAIN!!!!

sure would love to get my days ...awake and nights....asleep like normal people!...

argh..

left shoulder scapula is better but not totally over...I see a little quake up by Vancouver kids...
