Right arm burning

This is certainly a strange one. About 6PM my right arm started burning like I had put it against a hot oven. It still feels like it has been burned right now. I have not been cooking or playing with fire and do not remember touching it to a hot surface. It doesn't look burned either. I have never felt anything like this before.

Yesterday afternoon I had a strange tone in my left ear (toward the southwest) It was high pitched but varied strangely off and on in depth for almost a minute in a surging way, then it got very loud and ended abruptly.

Interesting that you would bring this up Betty since we are both in Texas. My right index finger has been burning in much the same way as you describe. And I'm up late because I have that "antsy" restless feeling that something is about to happen so no sleep for me.
