Feel like I have a hangover

This morning's wake up leaves me with a headache, nausea, and sore muscles. Had plenty of sleep. Felt pretty weird yesterday, goofy, like I was swimming through the air just by walking around.

Had a few micro quakes around Portland last night and past couple of days. Not sure what's up. Might also mention two days ago another episode of the world changing dimensions again.
