Oregon off shore swarm after the fact

Had severe headache yesterday morning 6:30 am Portland time. Didn't hear about quakes till late afternoon. Last evening had another bout of severe headache, didn't last long. Normally I'd pick up a dizzy or woozie feeling prior to the quakes, I didn't. Wonder what type of quake the Oregon swarms are? What ever makes it different I'd rather it go away. Head hurts from these short notice events.
