Right ear plugged and hurting a bit

All morning my right ear is just clogged and having some pain. Also noticing a lot of swervy drivers and 2 accidents today, just in 10 or so miles of driving. Could be Taiwan again but much more likely central cal...Garlock fault is on my mind for some reason.
