Because of the Ecuador/Tonga quakes and his unfulfilled forecasts for the SF Bay Area and Southern CA /Mexico, Jack is issuing a 90-day General Forecast, as follows:
North America / West Coast (Alaska to Mexico)
Second half of August 17, 2010 to November 19, 2010
Magnitude 6+
The Initial Signals have continued regarding this forecast.
Magnitude: (higher) 6.3 - 6.7mag; remaining at 15% probability
If a video camera was placed at the epicenter of this gas explosion it would be where the "dip" is..
Jack suggests watching for more water/gas line breaks, as well as abnormal animal activity as precursors to a quake on the San Andreas, SF Bay Area.
Volcano signals have also been received but are difficult for Jack to pinpoint location. East and South - could be in the Gulf of Mexico.
