Because of the Ecuador/Tonga quakes and his unfulfilled forecasts for the SF Bay Area and Southern CA /Mexico, Jack is issuing a 90-day General Forecast, as follows:

North America / West Coast (Alaska to Mexico)
Second half of August 17, 2010 to November 19, 2010
Magnitude 6+

Jack is good but I sure hope he is wrong about this one. With all the stress building up here in LA especially from 7.2 baja, I'm thinking LA is next. Highland Park looked a little busy this morning.

I agree with you, but I'd rather not see a quake of any great magnitude hit a populated area - be it Southern California or elsewhere on the West Coast!

Jack is puzzled that his recent forecasts have not hit, but that South America and the South Pacific have had some major quakes recently. That is why he is doing a 90-day window general forecast. I'm sure if he receives signals for more specific areas he will let me know and I will update his forecast.
