    I can feel all of this simmering right beneath the surface.
    I've been feeling Mars retro the whole time.
    Knocked down with this shoulder injury.
    I also know that the change Simone Butler speaks of in this article is real.
    Lots of new and different stuff gonna happen.

    In 25 years of doing astrology, I have never seen a year as unpredictable as 2010. Systems are failing and people are freaking out. Earth changes are wreaking devastation. Yet all the while, new and improved forms are rising from the ashes. We are reinventing ourselves on every level - it's an exciting time to be alive! The changeable energies can be downright terrifying. Yet they enable us to throw off our false identities and become our authentic selves.

    Uranus and Pluto last tangled in the 1960s; a similar cultural revolution is at hand. Only this time the stakes are higher, as consciousness races to its evolutionary peak.

    I've heard this before, that the stars are aligned similar to the 60's.
    The thought that came to me as I read this:
    What was happening to YOU in the 60s.
    I realize that it was a very difficult time for me personally.
    Like every conceivable means to snuff out my light was happening.
    It was a sad time for me, an abusive time, without the protection and support of the adults in my life.
    So that's what comes to mind.
    And I am wondering if THIS time, it will be the other way around.
    I will be heard, protected, my light will shine and be seen.
    The damage done then being reversed and cleared.Reinventing Ourselves... on yeh! Iloveu

    Yes, re-inventing- a time for healing and clearing and still more change.
    I see it and feel it and experience it.
    Some of the stuff still lingering for me personally from the 50's and 60's.
    After my physical deliverance in 1965, from my abuser all the stuff came up and hit me hard including the cultural revolution-(could never get into the drug scene, I was just trying to use all my wits intact as I had to survive) I tried to commit suicide in 1968. I just wanted to go home. Already very tired and could not deal with it anymore, at 15.
    But I did not succeed and I determined then to carry on and God and I would work it out somehow and we have been.

    Seems the greatest lights are the ones who get attacked most. You and I know this. We are all great lights.
    And now even though I still want to go home, the path has been determined to finish and finish with loving and with more loving than previous.
    I pray for you and me and all those whose lights were nearly snuffed out- that we will transcend and rise above it and be the love and healing for others and ourselves,Yes?

    I've had a number of friends recommend the Gunslinger/Dark Tower series... with you putting in a good word for it, I think I'll have to finally look into it... thanks!... king

    I saw an article that Detroit is considering tearing down areas where homes have been foreclosed and abandoned and left to rundown and they want to turn these areas back to farmland/rural areas. They have begun to rethink their vision and move ahead to the new. Youngstown has done alot of this and turned areas into green space. I thought this is a great idea to let nature take over again. Bring in more beauty instead of the ugly.

    But I'm curious where the poor people went that were forced out of the homes and neighborhoods in the first place...

    They haven't actually done it yet so no one has been forced out. Apparently they will offer to relocate those that are still there. Some have commented they would welcome that because it isn't safe for them living there among all those empty homes. As long as they didn't do the eminent domain thing, I'm ok with it.

    Sorry... it was commentary on "areas where homes have been foreclosed and abandoned and left to rundown..."... homes are families, foreclosure is forcing out, abandoned because no matter how cheap the home the city has reduced services typically under the guise of cutting costs/saving money, rundown is the end result of systematic destruction of areas the city wants to do something else with... it's a back room slow motion eminent domain...

    in my opinion, simply a differing perspective... Neutral

    i have seen abandoned towns in my travels.

    and i have seen abandoned neighborhoods...abandoned buildings.

    seems if humans are not occupying them...they fall to waste.

    after the sub humans abandon them...nature takes over.

    wasps and snakes and spiders...all sorts of ivies..all to cleanse the aura of the building.

    yes, there are ghosts

    i like the idea of tearing down abandoned buildings and let nature cleanse the area.

    mayhap, some day...mankind shall build again
