We have skittish Trees
The trees must be feeling the extra vibrations I notice on the seismograms nearby here in north-central Mass. Not to mention the strange cloud density for this time of year, interspersed with glaring sun. There are many trees that just have not gotten past the small bud stage. They are trying to time their leaf coverage with their expectations for a slow start to spring. It must be a survival strategy they learned back in 1930 and 1940.
Could it be a tree depression ?
