There should not be this many call options on qwest as they are in huge financial trouble and is centurytel does buy them out, this will not happen at a minimum until Jan 2011.

They bought a controlling interest in time warner in 1993 for about 3 billion because as they said, if the cable co's are going to get into the phone business, we will get into the cable business and they laid off thousands of people to help pay for this.
