In a letter dated 7/27/2010 (received 8/4/2010):
Jack is currently working on 2 very unusual Main Set Signals on the West Coast into Mexico.
The first Main Signal set is (or was) the East Bay Area signals from earlier ths year. The 2nd Main Signal set was on July 9th with 20+ signals. If the 2nd forecast doesn't occur by August 3rd (it didn't), it will be 'filed' under "Cluster Main Signals".

Jack's forecast today:
Region: Southern California into Mexico
Magnitude: 5.6 to 6.9 magnitude
Date Window: July 9 - 25, 2010
Most likely dates: July 12, 17, 24 & 25, 2010
Jack expressed surprise that this forecast has gone without results. He wrote that it has a very, very small chance that it could happen at 25 days, making it August 2nd or 3rd. This has happened only 5 or 6 times in the past 30 years.(End Quote)
(Once again I will post the "Coles Method" for reference.)
Right now, Jack indicates a line drawn from the San Francisco Bay Area down into Mexico is a main focus for a big quake event (no magnitude given) in the future. (No date given).
He would like to see a bunch of small quakes to release the pressure building up, however - in this instance, because of continuing signals, his saying "The longer the wait, the greater the quake" does apply.
